COMMENTS
The setting determined by these bits is informed to the
transmitting terminal in the pre-message protocol
exchange (in the DIS/NSF frames).
COMMENTS
If there are more consecutive error lines in the received
page than the threshold, the machine will send a
negative response.
The Low and High threshold values depend on the
sub-scan resolution, and are as follows.
Resolution 100 dpi
3.85 l/mm
Low settings 3
High settings 6
If the error line ratio for a page exceeds the acceptable
ratio, RTN will be sent to the other end.
0: Pages received with errors are not printed.
0: The next page will be sent even if RTN or PIN is
received.
1: The machine will send DCN and hang up if it receives
RTN or PIN.
This bit is ignored for memory transmissions or if ECM
is being used.
Do not change the settings.
