14.3 POLYGON MIRROR MOTOR
1. Remove the laser unit (see Laser Unit/Main Scan Syncronization
Detector).
2. Remove the polygon motor cover [A] (3 screws).
3. Remove the polygon motor [B] (4 screws, 1 connector).
NOTE: When reinstalling the polygon motor, the securing order of the
screws should be as shown below. Otherwise, the polygon motor
board may be bent.
