When the paper tray [A] is closed after paper is loaded, the release slider [B],
which is mounted on the bottom part of the tray, is pushed against the projection
[C] on the main frame and the release slider comes off the bottom plate hook [D].
Once the release slider comes off, the bottom plate is raised by the pressure
springs [E] and the top sheet of paper pushes upward against the corner
separators [F]. This keeps the stack of paper at the correct height.
