MASTER CYLINDER
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the parts in the sequence shown in the figure.
2. Assemble in the reverse order of removal.
3. Disassemble and assemble in a clean location free from dirt and dust.
4. Use clutch fluid to wash the inner parts.

Snap Ring
Press down on the piston and remove the snap ring
with snap ring pliers.
Caution
Do not damage push rod contact surface of
piston.
