MASTER CYLINDER
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
1, After removing the brake fluid, disassemble the brake master cylinder in the numbered sequence
shown in the figure.
2. Assemble in the reverse order of removal.
Caution
a) Secure the master cylinder flange in a vise when securing.
b) Use a new piston cup and O-ring. Note that the primary side is replaced as the piston
assembly.
c) Do not let foreign material in, and do not scratch the inside of the cylinder
or the outer surface of the piston.
