17. Attach new washers to the left and right tie-rods,
and then screw them onto the rack.
Caution
Be sure that the washers face in the proper
direction.
18. Using a wrench, tighten the left and right tie-rods
to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 80-100 N.m
(S-10 m-kg, 58-72 ft-lb)
19. Align the washer with the rack groove, and then
crimp the washer.
