SELF-DIAGNOSIS CHECKEA
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. Warm-up the engine to normal operating temper-
ature and stop it.
2. Connect SST to the check connector (Green: 6pin)
and the battery negative terminal.
3. Connect a jumper wire between the test connec-
tor (Green: lpin) and a ground.
4. Turn the ignition switch ON, then check for any
code number.
Note
The SST buzzer should sound for 3 sec. after
the ignition switch Is turned ON.
5. Start the engine, and check for further code
numbers. -
6. If a code number illuminates, check for the cause
of the oroblem.
