13.4.2 Fitting the pressure screw in the pressure
outlet/inhalation outlet
1. Insert the pressure screw 108 into the pressure outlet 105/
inhalation outlet 106.

When doing so, note: The slot on the pressure screw 108 must
be facing upwards when the screw is fitted.

2. Use the slot-head screwdriver to tighten the pressure screw 108
in the pressure outlet 105/inhalation outlet 106.
13.5 Replacing the sealing disks and
nozzle plate in the inhalation outlet
This chapter only applies to pressure reducers with an inhalation flow
of 4 l/min.
Required tools Tweezers
13.5.1 Removing the sealing disks and nozzle plate
from the inhalation outlet
Requirement The pressure screw 108 in the pressure outlet 105/inhalation outlet 106
has been removed

1. Remove the sealing disk 109 from the inhalation outlet 106.
2. Remove the nozzle plate 107 from the inhalation outlet 106.
3. Remove the sealing disk 109 from the inhalation outlet 106.
13.5.2 Fitting the sealing disks and nozzle plate in the
inhalation outlet
1. Use tweezers to insert the sealing disk 109 in the inhalation
outlet 106.
2. Align the nozzle plate 107 so that the domed part is facing
upwards.
3. Use tweezers to insert the nozzle plate 107 in the inhalation
outlet 106.
When doing so, note: The domed part of the nozzle plate 107 must
be pointing towards the opening in the inhalation outlet 106.
4. Use tweezers to insert the sealing disk 109 in the inhalation
outlet 106.
5. Fit the pressure screw 108 in the pressure outlet 105/inhalation
outlet 106
