Risk due to adhesive in the gas flow!
If the first two threads of the inhalation outlet are moistened with
adhesive, this adhesive can get into the gas flow to the patient and
lead to airway irritation.
 Do not moisten the first two threads with adhesive.
11.Apply Loctite 413 to the thread of the inhalation outlet 205.
12.Insert the inhalation outlet 205 into the multistep flow selector 213.

13.Use the 8 Nm torque wrench to tightly screw in the inhalation
14.Remove the cover assembly 234 from the cover clamping
15.Screw the cover assembly 234 onto the housing by hand.
16.Place the housing with the cover assembly 234 into the cover
17.Tighten the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
18.Push the counter cap 404 over the safety valve and the housing.
19.Place the 8 Nm torque wrench onto the square of the counter
20.Use the 8 Nm torque wrench to tightly screw the housing onto

21.Remove the torque wrench and counter cap 404.
22.Remove the housing with the cover assembly 234 from the cover
23.Remove the cover clamping device 401 from the vise.
24.Clamp the bottom part of the counter tool 400 in the vise.
25.Put the top part of the counter tool 400 onto the bottom part of
26.Screw the hand-screwed connection 230 of the pressure reducer
27.Tightly screw the hand-screwed connection 230 onto the top
28.Move the multistep flow selector 213 with inhalation outlet 205
