17.6 Replacing the sieve and nozzle plate

Required tools • Watchmaker's screwdriver 409
• Tweezers
17.6.1 Removing the sieve and nozzle plate from the
inhalation outlet
Requirement The pressure screw 302 has been removed from the inhalation
outlet 301

1. Use the watchmaker's screwdriver 409 to carefully remove the
sieve 303 and sealing disks 304 from the inhalation outlet 301.
17.6.2 Fitting the sieve and sealing disks in the
inhalation outlet
1. Use tweezers to insert the sealing disk 304 in the inhalation
outlet 301.
2. Use tweezers to insert the sieve 303 in the inhalation outlet 301.
3. Use tweezers to insert the sealing disk 304 in the inhalation
outlet 301.
4. Fit the pressure screw 302 in the inhalation outlet 301

Required tools • Cover clamping device 401
• Counter tool with fastening handle 400
• Open-end wrench A/F 15
• Vise
• Brass brush
