4. Push the counter cap 404 over the safety valve and the housing.

5. Place the torque wrench onto the square of the counter cap 404.

6. Use the torque wrench to slightly loosen the housing from the
multistep flow selector assembly 233.
When doing so, note: The housing must not yet be removed.
7. Remove the torque wrench and counter cap 404.
8. Loosen the vise and carefully remove the pressure reducer from
the cover clamping device 401.
Risk of injury due to the piston spring springing out!
The piston spring is under a lot of tension. The housing and the
spring can spring out at the user or bystanders and cause injury.
 Carefully loosen the multistep flow selector assembly 233 from
the housing.
9. Carefully loosen the multistep flow selector assembly 233 from
the housing by hand.
10.Remove the multistep flow selector assembly 233 with spring 227
and piston 226.
15.16.2 Fitting the multistep flow selector assembly
1. Insert the pressure reducer housing into the cover screw-in
device 402.
2. Place the pressure piece for the cover screw-in device 403 onto
the multistep flow selector assembly 233.
3. Place the multistep flow selector assembly 233 with spring 227
and piston 226 onto the housing.

4. Press down the lever on the cover screw-in device 402 until the
multistep flow selector assembly 233 is resting gently on the
233
housing.

5. Maintain the tension and screw the multistep flow selector
assembly 233 with spring 227 and piston 226 onto the housing
227
by hand.
6. Carefully release the tension on the cover screw-in device 402.
7. Remove the pressure piece for the cover screw-in device 403
from the multistep flow selector assembly 233.
8. Remove the pressure reducer from the cover screw-in device 402.
9. Insert the pressure reducer into the cover clamping device 401.
When doing so, note: The cover clamping device 401 must
clamp onto the housing cover 214.
10.Tighten the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
