1. Lightly tension the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
2. Insert the pressure reducer into the cover clamping device 401.
3. Tighten the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
4. Push the counter cap 404 over the safety valve and the housing.
5. Place the torque wrench onto the square of the counter cap 404.
6. Use the torque wrench to slightly loosen the housing from the

10.Place the torque wrench onto the square of the counter cap 404.
11.Use the torque wrench to tightly screw the housing onto the
