4. Use the open-end wrench to loosen the O
322
then remove it.
5. Completely remove the adhesive residue from the threads on the
housing 320.
6. Loosen the cover clamping device 401 and remove the pressure
reducer from the cover clamping device 401.
7. Loosen the vise and remove the cover clamping device 401 from
the vise.
17.26.2 Fitting the O
1. Pick up the O
2. Apply Loctite 413 to the threads of the O
3. Insert the O
When doing so, note:
• The corners of the hexagon and the inhalation outlet 301 must
be in a straight line.
• Loctite 413 must harden according to the manufacturer's
specifications.
17.27 Replacing the housing
Required tools • Allen key size 5
• Vise
• Cover clamping device 401
• Torque wrench 8 Nm ± 2 Nm
• Special gripping pliers 415
• Open-end wrench A/F 17
17.27.1 Removing the housing
Requirement The O

1. Lightly tension the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
2. Insert the pressure reducer into the cover clamping device 401.
When doing so, note: The cover clamping device 401 must clamp
onto the housing cover 308.
3. Tighten the cover clamping device 401 in the vise.
