11.3 Preparing the final inspection
1. Enter the serial number of the pressure reducer in the test report.
2. Check the pressure reducer for external damage.
Requirement:
The pressure reducer shows no signs of external damage.
3. Check the label 321 on the pressure reducer
(see "18.5 Labels for pressure reducers", page
Requirement:
The label 321 on the pressure reducer is present and legible.
4. Check the connection thread on the pressure reducer.
To do so:
Screw the cap 504 onto the inhalation outlet 301.
Requirement:
The connection threads show no sign of external damage and
turn smoothly.
