8.7.1 Bar codes

Provides the implementation of barcodes and definition of the required barcode
parameters.
Important
Please note!
The LEIBINGER Printer does not generally carry out any check digit
calculations. These have to be carried out external in advance!
Important
The Printer printer checks the correctness of the entered checksum digit for the
following bar codes:
 EAN 8
 EAN 13
 UPC8
 UPC12
 GS1
The check routine checks whether the last entered digit of a bar code is a valid
check digit.
If the entered number is valid a green icon is displayed on the right side of the
input field:
If the entered value is not valid a red icon is displayed on the right side of the
input field:
This is only for information! Barcodes with an invalid checksum digit will
still be printed!
The check routine does not check the number or the kinds of values entered.
If there are too less, too many or the wrong kind of values entered for a
certain type of barcode (e.g. only 4 digits for a EAN 13 barcode) there will be
no error message but the barcode will be displayed struck through in the
preview of the job editor and in the main window of the printer:
