Auto Nozzle Opening
If this check box is selected the printer will start from the stand-by mode with one touch
to the Print Stop mode. The boot sequence looks as follows:
1. Booting the printer software
2. Initialization
3. Bleeding
4. Open nozzle
5. Print Stop
Activate warning messages for log file memory
If this check box is selected there will warning messages pop up when 95% of the data
logging memory is filled. Please see chapter 7.4.5Data logging - Log file for details
about data logging.
7.3.1.6 IP-Address
The tab <IP-Address> (2) provides the settings for the IP-Address of the device.
In order to integrate the LEIBINGER Printer printer in a network based on the internet
protocol an IP-address has to be assigned to the device.
The assignment of the IP-address can be either done manually or automatically by using
a DHCP server.
Together with the IP-address the subnet mask (4) and the IP-address of the default
gateway (5) have to be specified.
The LEIBINGER Printer printer offers to use a network path for several purposes. If this
option is used the IP addresses of the DNS (8) and the WNS (9) server have also to be
specified. For details about the network path options please see chapter 7.3.1.7 Network
ID.
Proceeding:
Select the <IP-Address> (2) tab.
Click on a address block to be changed. Address blocks are separated by dots. E.g.
the IP-address consists of 4 address blocks (4) and each block has a value between
0 and 255. A numeric keypad (10) opens for input. Confirm inputs with the return key
of the numeric keypad (11).
Now carry out the settings for every further address block accordingly.
The subnet mask (4), the IP address for the standard gateway (5) and, in case the
network path option is used, the addresses for the DNS (8) and WINS (9) are set in
the same way.
Alternative proceeding: with the option "Obtain an IP address via DHCP" (7) the IP
address of the LEIBINGER Printer printer is assigned automatically by DHCP.
