4.2.11 Replacing the cable package IRBDP MH6 UI and IRBDP SW6 UI LeanID
Action
Make sure that the screws (M6x12) fits into the
guiding holes of the hose reinforcement funnel
when it is fitted in the ball joint housing.
CAUTION
The hose reinforcement funnel must not be able
to rotate inside the ball joint housing when fitted.
Fasten the cable package in the ball joint housing.
Only valid for IRBDP SW6 UI:
Fasten the cable package with the process turning
disc bracket.
CAUTION
Check potential collision risks between the cable
package and the wrist, as well as between the
cable package and any equipment fitted on the
wrist, before restarting the normal production.
Turn on the power and run the present program-
ming at a very slow speed, while checking all
movements for collision risk between cable
package and wrist.
