I/O Description
Input Power supply pins. Connect to the system
power supply.
Input Connect to VSS via a 0.1-uF capacitor
(place it close to this pin).
Input Ground pins. Connect to the system power
supply (0 V).
Input Pins for a crystal resonator. External clock
can be input to the EXTAL pin. For a

Output Supplies the system clock to external
devices.
Input Pins for setting the operating mode. The
signal levels of these pins must not be
changed during operation.
Input Reset signal input pin. This LSI enters the
reset state when this signal goes low.
Input Input pin for on-chip emulator enable
signal. Normally the signal level should be
fixed low.
