9 Installation

9.7.2 Cephalometric unit covers

NOTICE! The screws used to attach the covers are located in the CEPH screw kit.
1. Guide the cables coming from the tubehead to the groove on the CEPH arm and
attach the groove strip to the CEPH arm to hide the the cabling.
NOTICE! Start to attach the groove strip from the head support side so that
the exessive strip hides inside the tubehead covers.
2. Remove the protective films from the CEPH tubehead covers.
3. Remove the tubehead cover mounting latch from the tubehead front cover. The latch
is held in place with a screw.
4. Attach the tubehead front cover by sliding it in.
5. Lock the tubehead front cover in place by sliding the tubehead cover mounting
latch down between the teeth on the cover and lock it in place with the previously
detached screw.
