change the device time.

Shows the time and date that the device has received
from the network.
Click Refresh to update the displayed Device time.
NOTICE! The time display doesn't update
automatically, but needs manual refresh.
Click Start to fetch the time from the network again. This
can be useful in cases where the device time is incorrect.
