9.8.4 PAN beam size verification (optional)

This program runs an automatic test to verify, that the X-ray beam hits the active area of
the sensor with the required accuracy.
No tools are required when performing this test.
NOTICE! The PAN beam size verification is an optional, yet recommendable,
procedure and is mandatory to be performed where local regulations require it.
1. GUI: Select PAN beam size verification program from the Quality Control menu.
NOTICE! The PAN beam size verification program appears under Quality
Control menu only when the Installation mode has been unlocked.
2. Protect yourself from radiation.
3. Press and hold the exposure button down to take the calibration.
4. The test result appears on the GUI.
5. Acknowledge the result by pressing the OK button on the GUI.
NOTICE! If the verification fails, calibrate the collimator again according to
Collimator calibration
