After the installation of the device and during the annual maintenance, a complete
calibration procedure must be performed succesfully. Successful calibrations are
indicated with green colour and the completion date of the calibration.
Calibration status indications:
Calibration not
performed or failed.
Some calibrations may require mechanical adjustments to be performed after the
device installation. Some covers need to be detached from device during the mechanical
adjustments so it's advisable to install the device covers after successful device
calibration.
NOTICE! Detach the head support before performing the calibrations if it has
been attached to the device.
CAUTION! If the device calibrations are performed without the device covers
attached, pay extra attention to the exposed metal parts for live voltage.
NOTICE! Some of the calibrations presented in this chapter are not applicable to
all device configurations. Only the required calibration programs are listed on the
GUI.
NOTICE! Perform the calibrations in the exact order they are presented in the
GUI.
NOTICE! If, during the calibration, the GUI instructs to redo the QC programs,
complete the full calibration procedure first and proceed to take the QC images
after all calibrations have been succesfully performed.
NOTICE! Calibration images are shown on the GUI as viewed from the sensor. All
adjustment instructions in the calibration images also refer to this perspective.
