10. Once the CEPH arm is tilted correctly and aligned with the FH light, tighten the 4
CEPH arm fixing bolts.
11. Finish the calibration by pressing the OK button.
12. Attach the PAN/3D tubehead front cover.
9.6.16 CEPH generator calibration
This program calibrates the CEPH tubehead and generator.
No calibration tools are required when performing this calibration.
NOTICE! This calibration produces X-rays. Protect yourself from radiation.
1. Select CEPH generator calibration from the Calibrations menu.
2. Protect yourself from radiation.
3. Press and hold the exposure button down to start the calibration.
4. When the exposure warning stops and the program end tone is played, the program
is complete.
9.6.17 CEPH tube sweep calibrations
These two programs are used to calibrate the CEPH tubehead rotation and the CEPH
primary collimator.
No calibration tools are required when performing these calibrations.

Perform the calibrations in this order, the instructions are the same for both programs:
• CEPH tube sweep calibration
• CEPH tube sweep calibration 2
1. Select CEPH tube sweep calibration from the Calibrations menu.

3. Press and hold the exposure button down to take the calibration image.
