9.11 Mechanical adjustments

Mechanical adjustments should be needed to be performed only during the complete
calibration procedure and only if the GUI requests it. If all device calibrations have been
completed succesfully, skip this chapter.
NOTICE! The following instructions assume that all device covers are attached to
the device. If the covers have not yet been attached during the installation, ignore
the unnecessary steps.

9.11.1 PAN/3D Collimator adjustment

If the Collimator Calibration has failed due to the collimator being too high/low or tilted,
adjustment is required.
NOTICE! This adjustment is required only in special cases. After the adjustment,
all calibrations related to radiation must be performed again.
1. Remove the PAN/3D tubehead rear cover by detaching the 3 indicated screws and
pull the cover outwards. The screw on the middle of the cover has a screw cover cap
over it.
2. Remove the PAN/3D tubehead front cover by detaching 4 screws holding the cover
on the tubehead frame and pulling it outwards.
