PA PROJECTION:
• The patient's Frankfort-Horizontal plane should be horizontal.
PA REVERSE TOWNE PROJECTION:
• Turn the patient's head downwards until the angle between the patient's
Frankfort-Horizontal plane and the horizontal light is around 30°.
• The patient's mouth should be opened fully and pressed against the neck/upper
chest.
NOTICE! The horizontal light is not lit for PA projections.
PA WATERS PROJECTION:
• Turn the patient's head upwards until the angle between the patient's Frankfort-
Horizontal plane and the horizontal plane is around 35-40°.
NOTICE! The horizontal light is not lit for PA projections.
