In general, this display size has to be same as L1 display size.
CMDVL = L1WH+1, CMDHP*2=L1WW
If a part of L1 layer is clipped by screen, actual display size has to be set into CMDS register.
For example, if L1WX=320, L1WH=640, HDP=639, then right half is clipped and actual display
width is 320.

This register sets the number of vertical lines of the image input before Magnify scaling.
CMSHP (Capture Magnify Source Horizontal Pixel)
This register sets the number of horizontal pixels of the image input before Magnify scaling. Specify the
number of horizontal pixels in 2-pixel units.
