Description
Does not operate as a function key.
Executes run for the currently displayed channel.
Resets the currently displayed channel.
Executes run/reset for the currently displayed channel.
Executes run for all channels.
Resets for all channels.
Executes and clears hold for the currently displayed channel.
Executes hold for all channels.
Clears hold for all channels.
Executes an advance for the currently displayed channel.
Executes an advance for all channels.
Executes a back operation for the currently displayed channel.
Executes a back operation for all channels.
Starts and cancels AT execution.
AT is executed for the currently selected PID set.
Starts auto/manual operation for the currently displayed chan-
nel.
Changes the program number (the program number is incre-
mented by 1).
Displays monitor/setting items.
Set the Monitor/Setting Item 1 to Monitor/Setting Item 5
parameters (Advanced Function Setting Level).
Switches channels.
Key
• Hold down the
function set in the PF1 Setting or PF2 Setting parameter, except for
the following exceptions: The key will operate as soon as it is
pressed if any of the following is set: Program, Monitor/Setting Item,
or Key. When run or reset operations are set, the key must be

pressed for at least 1 second for run, but for at least 2 seconds for
reset.
Keys serve as function keys, and the functions of
PF2
