15. Remove the throttle cable by loosening the locknut'
then slip the cable end out of the throttle linkage'
NOTE;
a Take care not to bend the cable when removlng
it. Always replace any kinked cable with a new
one.
a Adiust the throttle cable when installing (see
s e c t i o n 1 1 ) .
Remove the engine wire harness connectors. rer-
minal snd clamps on the right side of engine
compartment.
Bemove the power cable from the under-hood
tuse/relay box.

18. Remove the brake booster vacuum hoss and
emis-
sion control vacuum tubes from the intake
manilold.
