lnspect the lining of the clutch disc for signs of slip-

p i n g o r o i l . R e p l a c e i t i f i t i s b u r n e d b l a c k o r o i l

Measure the clutch disc thickness.

Clutch Disc Thickn€ss.

Standard (New|: 8.4 - 9.1 mm {0.33 - 0.36 in}

Service Limit:

6.0 mm 10.24 inl

Measure the depth from the lining surface to the

rivets, on both sides,

Riv€t Dspth:

Standard lNewl: 1.3 mm {0.05 in) min.

S€rvico Limit:

0.2 mm (0.01 in)
