rfc1483 set transport mode

18.9.1 Syntax
rfc1483 set transport {<name>|<number>} mode {llc|vcmux}
18.9.2 Description
This command sets the mode of encapsulation that an existing RFC1483
transport uses.
18.9.3 Options
The following table gives the range of values for each option which can be
specified with this command and a default value (if applicable).
