dhcpclient set retry

5.30.1 Syntax
dhcpclient set retry <retrytime>
5.30.2 Description
This command sets the time that must pass after the client has determined
that no DHCP server is present before it tries again to contact a DHCP server.
5.30.3 Options
The following table gives the range of values for each option which can be
specified with this command and a default value (if applicable).
