Upgrading licenses in your current installation

Click the Sharing tab.

Select the Share this folder option.

In the Share name box, type inboundattachment.

Add a description for the share (optional).

Leave the User Limit at Maximum allowed.

Click Permissions.
Result: The Permissions for inboundattachment window appears.

Click Add.

Click Locations.

In the Locations window, select the Contact Center Multimedia server name
from the list.

Click OK.

In the Enter the object name to select box, type CCMMOPSUSR.
