Description
The thermal imbalance between the power
option components exceeds the normal op-
erating range.
An excessive thermal imbalance between
power option components has been de-
tected.
The thermal imbalance between the power
option components is at the upper limit of
the normal operating range.
The temperature of the inverter heat sink is
at the upper limit of the normal temperature
range. Check cooling and heat sink condi-
tions. Reduce the output current or ambient
temperature. The drive may derate if the tem-
perature is not lowered.
The temperature of the inverter heat sink
has exceeded the normal temperature level.
Check cooling and heat sink conditions. Re-
duce the output current or ambient tempera-
ture.
The temperature of the inverter heat sink has
reached a critical level. Check cooling and
heat sink conditions. Reduce the output cur-
rent to avoid a protected fault.
An inverter IGBT overtemperature has been
detected. Reduce the ambient temperature,
the output current and/or the switching fre-
quency. Check the cooling and the condition
of the heat sink.
The temperature of the rectifier heat sink is
at the upper limit of the normal tempera-
ture range. Check cooling and heat sink con-
ditions. Reduce the output power (torque,
speed) or the ambient temperature.
