SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]?
This command returns next available error message from the error
queue. If no more error messages are available, returns 0,"NO ERROR"
result. Available error messages are:
ERROR
-0, "No error"
-100,"Command error"
-102,"Command error: Syntax
error."
-200,"Execution error"
-222,"Command error: Data
out of range.'
-300,"Device-specific error"
-400,"Query error"
SYST:ERR?
-102,"Command error: Syntax error."
SYSTem:ERRor:ALL?
Returns all available error messages as a of error numbers and clears
the error message queue.

SYST:ERR:ALL?
-222,-201,0
SYSTem:ERRor:ALL:CLEAR
This command clears the error message queue.

Returns all available error messages as a single unterminated string
but does not clear the error message queue.
