LMX Series Power Source Operation Manual
PROGram:CRC? <cr>
This query command calculates and returns the checksum value of
the selected program. This CRC may be used to verify the program
data integrity is intact. This command is provided for UPC
compatibility mode and not recommended for new programs.
Optional: Memory type: INTERNAL | RAM | USB
