This command returns the maximum permissible set value of the
delta STEP phase angle for selected phase #

STEP:PHAS:DELT1:MAX?
Query return values for MINimim, MAXimum and DEFault are dependent on
MODE and interdependent parameter value settings
[SOURce:]STEP:PHASe:DELTa#:DEF?
This command returns the default set value of the delta STEP phase
angle for selected phase #
