A Cycle Start Received Flag will turn ON when the Cycle Start Signal (rising)

is received. Use this flag to control Cycle Start Bit timing when executing one

block at a time (single block execution).

A valid Cycle Start Bit signal has been received.

The Cycle Start Bit is OFF.
