A 4-digit hexadecimal error code is stored when an error has occurred in the
MC Unit.

The error code will be 0000 when there is no error. The error code is valid
when the Error Flag is ON.
The location of the error can be determined in the Error Type Data (system,
task 1 to 4, X to U axes).
Refer to Section 12 Troubleshooting for details on error codes.

and 03E7 (decimal: 0000 and 0999) in the following form.
The M code will be valid when the M Strobe Flag is ON.
