1. Disconnect P/J8355 and P/J8307.
2. Check for continuity at the following:
J8355-3 <=> J8307-A3
J8355-2 <=> J8307-A2
J8355-1 <=> J8307-A1
Are these conductive?
6 Check for +5 V to the Punch Box Set
Sensor
Is there +5 V across J8307-A1 <=>
J8307-A3 on the Finisher Main PWB?
7 Check the Punch Box Set Sensor signal.
Does the voltage across P/J8307-A2 <=>
P/J8307-A3 on the Finisher Main PWB
change when the Punch Box is removed
or replaced?
8 Replace the Finisher Main PWB.
Does the error still occur?
