Creates local router's host name.
NOTE:
If this command is not used, then, if it has been specified, the <name> from the
set oursysname
<name> is used.

Creates the host name of the remote tunnel.
NOTE:
If this command is not used, then <TunnelName> of the tunnel entry is used.
