AINRST1-AINRST0 (Open-circuit detection assist function enable bit) (b5-b4)
To enable the A/D open-circuit detection assist function, set the AINRST0 bit or AINRST1 bit to 1, and
then set the ADST bit in the ADCON0 register to 1 (A/D conversion) after waiting for one cycle of φ AD.
