1. Precautions for Transporting Equipment Once Unpacked
1.1 General Description
It is recommended to follow the procedure below when you transport equipment that has already been
unpacked but has not been packed again. Note that the following procedure cannot guarantee the
operation of the transported equipment.
[A] Fixing the carriage
(1) Perform the PM code: 03-261 (Scan motor ON Automatically stops at limit position) so that
the carriage is moved to the fixing position.
(2) Tighten the 2 screws to fix the carriage.
[B] Checking gaskets in the RADF
(1) Check that gaskets are not installed in the RADF.
(If they are installed, remove them.)
