Density adjustment
Adjusts the center density and the variation of density adjustment buttons.

<Procedure>
(1)
While pressing [0] and [5] simultaneously, turn the power ON.
(2)
Key in a code and press the [START] button.
(3)
Key in an adjustment value.
(To correct the keyed-in value, press the [C] button.)
(4)
Press the [OK] or [INTERRUPT] button to store the value. The equipment goes back to the ready
state.
(5)
Shut down (turn the power OFF), back ON, and then perform the scanning job.
(6)
If the desired image density has not been attained, repeat step (1) to (5).

(Default: 128)
Sets the changing amount by 1
step at the density adjustment on
the control panel. The larger the
value is, the lighter the light side
becomes.
