Resolution
- Check that the container that is highlighted on
the screen is properly installed on the scale.
- Follow troubleshooting steps outlined for
alarm 7025.
- Resume the procedure.
- Check that the container that is highlighted on
the screen is properly installed on the scale.
- Resume the procedure.
- Check that the container that is highlighted on
the screen is properly installed on the scale.
- Resume the procedure.
- Ensure the AC container is placed correctly on
the AC scale.
- Ensure the line from the anticoagulant
container to the cassette has no air.
- Ensure the anticoagulant line from the cassette
to the "Y" junction on the donor line has no air.
Note: Small air bubbles in the AC line
dislodged from cassette surfaces will be drawn
into the disposable during normal operation of
the instrument.
- Check that the container that is highlighted on
the screen is properly installed on the scale.
- Resume the procedure.
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON to
start a new procedure.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Check that the proper weights are being used
to calibrate the scales.
- Refer to Performing Daily Set-up section in
Chapter 3 for additional information.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Check that all containers are hanging properly
on the scales.
- Resume the procedure.
- If the IVD limit Exceeded Alarm is the
result of multiple attempts to clear air from
the donor line in response to alarm code
7025, terminate the procedure and DO NOT
return fluids to donor.
- Check that the container that is highlighted on
the screen is properly installed on the scale.
- Resume the procedure.
