Donor and procedure information may be entered any time after
the operator ID and kit information is entered. To enter the
donation ID and donor information, the Main Data Entry Screen
should have the donor information buttons displayed similar to
the following screen. Touch the donor data tab to access these
buttons.

regulatory requirements for the intended procedure and is
in good health on the donation day.
