Meaning
The flow of blood from donor is
insufficient.
The system has detected an issue
with the pneumatic circuit during
the start-up checks.
The system has detected an issue
with the cassette.
The system has detected an issue
with the cassette door. The door
may not be closed.
The system has detected an issue
with the centrifuge door. The door
may not be closed.
The system has detected an issue
with pneumatic circuit. It cannot
maintain proper pressure on the
cassette.
The system has detected an issue
with the AC prime. There were too
many interruptions during AC
prime.
The system has detected an issue
with the cassette bladder.
The system has attempted to clear
an occlusion leading to and from
the centrifuge, and failed.

ANUAL
- Check for kinks in tubing to and from filter.
- Check for kinks in tubing from red cell
container to cassette.
- Check for kinks in tubing from preservation
fluid container to cassette.
- Check donor line and ensure clamp is open.
- Check donor line for kinks or occlusions.
- Check the pressure cuff for proper placement.
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON to
start a new procedure.
- If problem persists, contact The Hotline.
- Attempt to resume the procedure.
- If the problem persists and the procedure will
not resume, discard the kit. Start a new
procedure with a different kit.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Check that the cassette is installed properly
behind the cassette door.
- Check that the cassette door is completely
closed.
- Resume the procedure.
- Ensure separation chamber, umbilicus, and
elbow are properly installed.
- Ensure centrifuge door is properly closed.
- Resume the procedure.
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON to
start a new procedure.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Press the STOP button to end the procedure.
- Start a new procedure with a different kit.
Note: Ensure AC cannula is completely broken.
- Check that the cassette is installed properly
behind the cassette door.
- Check that the cassette door is completely
closed.
- Resume the procedure.
- If the problem persists and the procedure will
not resume, discard the kit. Start a new
procedure with a different kit.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Check all tubing from the centrifuge to the
cassette for kinks or occlusions.
- Resume the procedure.
