This alarm occurs when the instrument detects weight on a scale
when there should be none and always follows a recoverable
alarm #7092. Since the instrument has detected this discrepancy
more than once, it forces the operator to turn the instrument
OFF, then turn the instrument ON again in order to go through
the scale checks.
Note: When power cycling the instrument after a non-
recoverable alarm, ensure the instrument remains turned OFF for
at least 5 seconds before attempting to turn it back ON.
Should a non-recoverable alarm persist, contact the Hotline.
The open centrifuge door prompt will appear on the scale check screen,
as shown below, if the instrument detects the centrifuge door is
not closed properly. Open the centrifuge door and touch the
check button to confirm the door has been opened.
