Installing the Separation Chamber
Depending on the centrifuge carrier on your A
one of two configurations will be available. The following
instructions for Steps 9 through 12 should be used if the carrier
on your instrument has a latch with a tab that must be opened to
insert the separation chamber and closed to lock it in the correct
position. This configuration is shown below.

Rotate the centrifuge carrier so that the two umbilicus guides
are on the left, the latch is facing up. Open the latch by
pressing on the tab and pulling up on the latch.

10. With the umbilicus pointing toward the front of the
instrument, slide the separation chamber into the carrier.
Ensure that the rim of the separation chamber fits snugly in
the carrier mount.
