OMPONENT
STOP Button
Pushing the STOP button pauses the instrument by closing all
valves and stopping all pumps. The button also immediately
closes the donor safety clamp, stops the centrifuge and deflates
the pressure cuff. The donor is then isolated from the
instrument. Pushing the STOP button initiates an end procedure
mode. More information about the STOP button is provided in
Chapter 3.
Cassette Compartment
The cassette compartment consists of three basic components:
• Pneumatic Pumping System
• Air Detectors (2)
• Donor Safety Clamp
