36. Wrap the pressure cuff around a solid object to simulate a
donor's arm.
37. Insert the needle into the sampling site on the 1000 mL
saline container (simulated donor). Ensure the needle is
inserted and attached securely to the container.
38. Touch the check button to verify venipuncture has been
completed.
39. Open the clamp on the sampling pack line and allow saline
to enter the pack, then close the clamp and seal the line.
40. Touch the check button to verify a sample has been taken.
41. Open the clamp on the donor line.
